The 15-acre Blue Heron Estate has a house with over 4,000 square feet of living space and four bedrooms that each have their bathroom. Island Sunrise Resort has two three-bedroom, two-bathroom houses and a small cottage on 3 acres of land. The picturesque, unobstructed views from both properties are the best in the Florida Keys. Wake up to beautiful sunrises and you may even see your first moonrise. About Us
BPK Vacation Rentals has one of the very few licenses required by Monroe County allowing vacation rentals less than 28 days in certain islands of the Florida Keys. There are 50 legal short-term rental properties in all of Unincorporated Monroe County and only a handful of them are in Big Pine Key. BPK Vacation Rentals made tremendous investments in both properties in order to recover from the damages sustained from Hurricane Irma's direct hit in 2017. With the exception of the dead mangrove trees, there are a few noticeable scars on the two properties. The other vacation rental properties on the street still have a long way to go with their recovery.
